AMTA ORCS
Rhodes University, March 7-9, 2025
We had a wonderful time at the Opening Round Champion Series (ORCS) in Memphis. It was great to connect with other passionate teams from across the country. The experience not only strengthened our skills, but also brought our team even closer together.
AMTA Regionals
Baylor University, February 22-23, 2025
So proud of our team’s performance at regionals! Ava Carson (‘28) and Saahithi Sreekantham (‘28) both won Outstanding Attorney Awards. A Team earned a bid to the Opening Round Championship Series (ORCS), earning 5th overall.
Bark and Order
Houston Christian University, January 25-26, 2025
Both A and B teams competed in the Bark and Order Invitational for the first time at one of our neighboring institutions, Houston Christian University! This tournament provided a great opportunity for our teams to sharpen their skills before heading to regionals. Zoey Garcia-Rigole (‘27) delivered a standout performance, earning an Outstanding Witness Award.
H-Town Throwdown
University of Houston, November 2-3, 2024
We always enjoy competing at the University of Houston, and this year was definitely one for the books. Our teams put on an impressive performance at H-Town Throwdown, and we were excited to take home 4 individual awards. Kyra Cheung (‘27), Sophie Garlic (‘28), and Lauren Verthein (‘26) earned Outstanding Witness Awards, and Jeslyn Cho (‘28) won an Outstanding Attorney Award.
Rice Bowl Invitational
Rice University, October 19-20, 2024
Shoutout to our 24-25 VP, Zoe Garcia-Rigole (‘27), who put together an amazing tournament, and thank you to all of our judges for your time and effort! We were very proud of our new members who competed in their first tournament on their home turf at Rice’s campus. Ava Carson won an Outstanding Attorney Award (‘28) and Kyra Cheung (‘27) won 2 Outstanding Witness Awards for both plaintiff and defense.
